[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n\n\n\n\n\nRNS Number : 6467B Tertiary Minerals PLC 22 February 2011  \n\nTertiary Minerals plc\n \n(\"Tertiary\" or \"the Company\")\n \nDIRECTORS DEALING - EXERCISE OF OPTIONS\nISSUE OF EQUITY & TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS\n \nTertiary Minerals plc has received notice that Mr David Whitehead, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, had exercised Warrants to subscribe for 300,000 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each (\"New Ordinary Shares\") in the Company at a price of 2.375p per New Ordinary Share (the \"Warrant Exercise\"). \n \nAs a result of the Warrant Exercise, Mr. Whitehead is now interested in a total of 300,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.25 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, as enlarged by the Warrant Exercise. \n \nFollowing the Warrant Exercise, the Company's issued ordinary share capital will be 118,816,214 ordinary shares of 1 pence each. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the New Ordinary Shares, which rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM.
