[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 2774W Tertiary Minerals PLC 24 July 2009 \n \n\n\n24 July 2009\n\n\nDIRECTORS' SHARE ISSUE\n\nTertiary Minerals plc ('Tertiary' or 'the Company' - AIM: TYM) announces that on 23 July 2009, the directors agreed to issue new ordinary shares in the Company to two of its directors in lieu of partial payment of salary and fees for the six period ending 30 June 2009.\n\nAccordingly, Patrick Cheetham, Executive Chairman, has been issued with 129,112 new ordinary shares and non-executive director Donald McAlister with 91,713 new ordinary shares.
