[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 2440R Tertiary Minerals PLC 10 September 2014 \n\n \nTERTIARY MINERALS PLC\nwww.tertiaryminerals.com\n(\"the Company\")\n 10 September 2014\n \n \nDirector's Exercise of Warrants, Share Issue and Total Voting Rights\n \nTertiary Minerals plc, the AIM traded company building a strategic position in the fluorspar sector, announces that on 9 September 2014 the Board of the Company allotted 1,500,000 new ordinary shares (\"the Shares\") to the Executive Chairman, Mr Patrick Cheetham pursuant to the exercise of 1,500,000 warrants (\"the Warrants\").
