[{"type":"text","content":"TerraCom Limited (ASX: TER) (TerraCom or Company) is pleased to provide the following operations update for its Blair Athol Mine in Queensland, as the Company concludes Financial Year 2025 and enters Financial Year 2026 with strong momentum and operational discipline.\nDelivering on What We Said\nAs announced on 12 June 2025, TerraCom revised its FY25 coal sales guidance to 1.52 million tonnes. The Company confirms that this revised target has been met in full, following the successful completion of the third and final scheduled shipment (circa 92kt) in late June. In addition, Blair Athol maintained solid operational performance throughout the month of June: Run of Mine (ROM) Coal Mined: 238kt Saleable Coal Produced: 223kt These results re-affirm TerraCom's capability to execute under pressure and reflect improvements in mine-plan control, equipment productivity and overall site performance. Cost performance remained stable, supporting the Company's position as a reliable low-cost, margindriven coal producer\nMomentum Into FY26\nWith production and logistics now stabilised, the first shipment of the new financial year is confirmed and scheduled for dispatch within the first two weeks of July. The FY26 plan emphasises value over volume, with a mine plan that is responsive to market conditions, underpinned by a lean cost structure.
