[{"type":"text","content":"\n The Core Business plc (the 'Company')\n\n Trading Update & New Agreements\n\n14 June 2007\n\nThe Company is pleased to announce that following the agreement with Accessoires\nBeaute Cosmetique announced in February to distribute the ELITE MODELS FASHION\nbeauty accessories range, this relationship has been further enhanced. The\nCompany will now also be distributing:\n\n - the ELITE MODELS FASHION colour cosmetics range, under an exclusive five\n year agreement within Great Britain;\n - the Princesse Lili haircare accessory brand, under an exclusive five year\n agreement within Great Britain\n\nThe Company is also pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement with\nFiltral SA to distribute the ELITE MODELS FASHION sunglasses range, under an\nexclusive two year agreement within Great Britain.\n\nDistribution of the beauty products range commenced in March 2007 and the\npreliminary distribution income for the half year to 31 May 2007 was £89k. The\nCompany's total consultancy income for the same period was £83k. During the\nhalf year to 30 November 2006, the Company's total income was £78k, all derived\nfrom consultancy work.\n\nThe Company has signed a 3 year exclusive deal to supply the ELITE MODELS\nFASHION colour cosmetics range into a leading high street retailer from\nSeptember 2007.
