The net effect for Tern shareholders, is that for each 1,000 Ordinary shares of 0.01p currently held they will receive 50 New Ordinary Shares of 0.02p.Application has been made for the total of 9,015,950 New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM (\"Admission\") and it is expected that Admission will be effective from 08:00, Monday 4 November 2013.Following Admission, there will be a total of 9,015,950 Ordinary Shares in issue.
