(AIM:CORE) is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed to shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting (the \"Resolutions\") held today were duly passed. \n \nIncluded in the Resolutions was a special resolution to approve the proposed change of name of the Company to Silvermere Energy plc. The change of name is expected to take place tomorrow, 15 July 2011, and the Company will trade under the new TIDM code 'SLME'.
