In this role,\nMr. Nikopoulos will oversee planning and implementation of strategies for\ncorporate growth.\n\n\nMr. Nikopoulos joined TeraGo as General Counsel in 2007. He will continue\nto manage all aspects of TeraGo's legal affairs, including advising business\nunits across Canada, corporate governance and regulatory compliance and\npolicy.\n\n\nMr. Nikopoulos was formerly a partner at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg\nLLP, a major Canadian business law firm, where he practiced in the areas of\nmergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, and general\ncorporate and commercial law. He holds a B.A. (Honours) in Finance and\nEconomics from the University of Toronto and an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law\nSchool.
