The Meeting will be held on\n \n October 7, 2021\n \n at\n \n 2:30 p.m.\n \n (\n \n Calgary\n \n time).  In the interest of public safety, and in response to the Province of\n \n Alberta's\n \n restrictions on group gatherings relating to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Meeting will be held as a virtual only event, without attendance by shareholders in person. All shareholders are strongly encouraged to vote in advance of the Meeting by proxy, as set out in the Company's notice of meeting of shareholders, which is available on\n \n www.SEDAR.com\n \n .\n \n \n Shareholders can participate in the Meeting electronically at\n \n https://web.lumiagm.com/232286982\n \n .
