Clinical supply of TN-201 was manufactured under current Good Manufacturing Practice regulations at Tenaya’s Genetic Medicines Manufacturing Center using the company’s proprietary Sf9 recombinant baculovirus (Sf9/rBV) production process at the 1000L scale.
