Ten Lifestyle Group plc has secured a new multi-year contract with an existing corporate client to implement a fully digital customer experience program for approximately one million premium bank clients in Europe, commencing in the second half of their financial year. This new contract is initially classified as a Medium contract, with potential for global expansion. The Group already provides concierge services to the bank's private banking customers across global markets.\n \nThe new contract will launch in early in the second half of our financial year, and is initially expected to be a Medium1 contract, with opportunities to expand the new fully digital programme into other global markets.\n \n \n1 Ten categorises its corporate client contracts based on the annualised value paid, or expected to be paid, by the corporate client for the provision of concierge and related services by Ten as: Small contracts (below £0.25m); Medium contracts (between £0.25m and £2m); Large contracts (between £2m and £5m); and Extra Large contracts (over £5m).
