Alan will join Ten on 1 July 2019 allowing for an orderly handover from the current CFO.\n \nAlan has over 30 years' experience in Finance roles, and over a decade's experience in the travel industry. He joins us from Thomas Cook Group plc where he was Finance Director for their UK&I tour operating business. Alan has also held roles at Saga Group plc as Finance Director of their Travel division, and Carlson Wagonlit Travel, a business travel management company, where he was Vice President and CFO of the EMEA region.\n \nAlan (aged 55) has no current or past Directorships to be disclosed and no shareholding in the Company. It is intended that the Company will, on or as soon as possible following his appointment, grant Alan options over new ordinary shares in the Company.\n \nThere is no further information to be disclosed in accordance with the requirements of Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM rules. \n \nAlex Cheatle, CEO, Ten Lifestyle Group plc, said:\n \n\"I am delighted Alan is joining Ten.
