Ten's proprietary digital platform and AI-enabled services now underpin its delivery to members worldwide and support new business wins. The new name reflects the central role of technology in the Company's operations, products and growth strategy.\n \nThe proposed change of name is subject to shareholder approval and the issue of a change of name certificate by Companies House. The Company's TIDM (TENG) and ISIN (GB00BF188X60) will remain unchanged. Existing share certificates will remain valid and no new certificates will be issued.\n \nFollowing registration of the change of name, the Company's website (containing the information required by AIM Rule 26) will be updated to reflect the new name, with further details announced at that time.\n \nThe proposed name change will be presented as a special resolution at the General Meeting.
