Of these Shares 10,000 were purchased at 1200 pence per share, 7,000 at 1190 pence per share and 3,000 were purchased at 1195 pence per share. \n \nFollowing this transaction, the total number of ordinary shares (excluding those held in treasury) in Telecom Plus PLC is 79,996,000 with 60,000 shares held in treasury.\n \nThe total number of voting rights in Telecom Plus PLC is therefore 79,996,000.
