Telecom Plus PLC 13 January 2003 Telecom Plus Plc ('the Company') Issue of ordinary shares Following the exercise of convertible loan stock in the Company, application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for 1,027,202 new ordinary shares of 5p each to be admitted to the Official List, and to the London Stock Exchange for admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities.
