[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 6286W Telecom Plus PLC 10 February 2017 \n\nTelecom Plus PLC (\"the Company\")\nDisposal of investment in Opus Energy Group Limited\nFurther to the announcement made on 6 December 2016, Telecom Plus PLC announces that it has today completed the sale of its 20% equity shareholding in Opus Energy Group Limited (\"Opus\") to Drax Group plc.\nAs previously confirmed, the Board intends to return the full net proceeds from this transaction to shareholders. \nThis is expected to take place through a tender offer of £70 million shortly after the publication of the Company's annual results for the year to 31 March 2017, which are due to be issued in June 2017.
