[{"type":"text","content":"\n\nTelecom Plus PLC (\"the Company\")\n \nDirectorate Change\n \nAppointment of new non-executive director\n \n \nTelecom Plus PLC (trading as Utility Warehouse), the UK's only supplier of bundled household utility services, is today pleased to announce the appointment of Bindi Karia as a Non-Executive Director with effect from immediately after the Company's forthcoming AGM on 13 August 2024.\nBindi has deep experience in technology and innovation having held senior board, investment and advisory roles across the technology sector in Europe. She is currently a non-executive director at Zigup Plc (formerly Redde Northgate Plc), and a Venture Partner at Molten Ventures Plc, a European Technology Venture Capital Fund.\nBindi has previously held a variety of senior technology roles, including as a Digital Advisory Board member at The Very Group and Centrica, as well as senior roles at Silicon Valley Bank, Microsoft Ventures and PwC.
