It is expected that the dealings in these new Ordinary Shares will commence on 25 July 2024. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.\nTotal Voting Rights\nFollowing Admission, the Group's share capital and total voting rights comprises 137,269,979 Ordinary Shares, with no Ordinary Shares held in treasury.
