[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n 1 August 2022\n \n \n TEAM PLC\n \n \n \n Completion of Acquisition\n \n \n \n TEAM plc\n (\"TEAM\"),\n the wealth, asset management and complementary financial services group, is pleased to announce the completion of the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Omega Financial Services Limited (\"Omega\") as at 31 July 2022, following the transaction being approved by the Jersey Financial Services Commission.
