The Company has therefore posted a revised form of proxy to shareholders today in connection with the resolutions set out in the notice of general meeting in the Admission Document. The revised form of Proxy will shortly be uploaded to the Company's investor relations website at www.centralnic.com.\nShareholders are requested to disregard the form of proxy enclosed with the Admission Document, and instead use the revised form of proxy should they wish to appoint a proxy to attend and/or vote on their behalf at the general meeting of the Company to be held at 10.00 a.m. on 1 August 2018.
