Following the sale of the Ordinary Shares, Mr. Pooke has agreed with the Company and its brokers not to sell any further shares for a period of at least 6 months.\n \nPrior to the dealing, Mr Pooke held 7,232,052 shares representing 7.6% of the voting rights of the Company.
