[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 5665U CentralNic Group PLC 29 March 2019 \n\n \n\n\n\n Press Release\n \n\n\n29 March 2019\n \n\n\n\n \nCentralNic Group plc \n(\"CentralNic\" or \"the Company\" or \"the Group\") \n \nExercise of Share Options & Total Voting Rights\n \n \nFurther to this morning's announcement allotting 43,700 new ordinary shares, CentralNic Group plc (AIM:CNIC) announces that it has issued and allotted an additional 56,300 new ordinary shares of £0.001 value (\"Ordinary Shares\") to satisfy the exercise of options by a former employee. Hence the total number of shares due to be allotted is 100,000 new ordinary shares.\n \nApplication has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the a total of 100,000 Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to the option exercise to be admitted to trading on AIM (\"Admission\"). Admission is expected to occur at 8:00 a.m. on 3 April 2019. The Ordinary Shares shall rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in the Company. \n \nFollowing Admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital comprises 170,752,802 Ordinary Shares with one voting right per share. There are no shares held in treasury.
