[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 7318T CentralNic Group PLC 31 March 2016 \n\n \n \n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n 31 March 2016\n\n\n\n\n \nCentralNic Group Plc\n \n(\"CentralNic\" or the \"Company\")\n \nDirector Disclosure\nCentralNic, (AIM: CNIC), the internet platform business which derives revenues from the global sale of domain names, makes the following announcement further to the requirement in AIM Rule 17. \n \nSamuel Dayani, Non-Executive Director of CentralNic, has notified the Company that Opes Industries Limited and Opes MRF 2013 Limited, companies of which he is a director, were placed into administration on 9 March 2016. Both companies were placed into administration due to a major fire at the companies' premises on 28 February 2016, which caused significant damage to critical equipment, resulting in the cessation of operations.
