The Option Shares are expected to be admitted to trading on Friday 24 June 2022. \n \n \n Following the issue of the Option Shares, Lothar is interested in 1,052,373 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 1.8% of the Company's issued share capital.\n \n \n In addition, the Company has been notified by Lesley Watt, Non-Executive Director and PDMR, of the purchase of 2,325 Ordinary Shares.
