[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 8209Q\n Tatton Asset Management PLC\n 01 November 2021\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Tatton Asset Management plc\n \n \n \n (or \"the Company\")\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Exercise of Options and PDMR Dealing\n \n \n Tatton Asset Management PLC (AIM: TAM), the on-platform discretionary fund management (DFM) and IFA support services business announces that it has issued an aggregate 9,473 ordinary shares of £0.20 each (\"Ordinary Shares\") to Paul Edwards, Chief Financial Officer and PDMR, who has elected to exercise his options pursuant to the Company's Save As You Earn (\"SAYE\") employee share scheme. \n \n \n Following the exercise, Paul will be interested in 495,224 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.84 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.\n \n \n Admission and Total Voting Rights\n \n \n Application has been made for the newly issued shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, and admission is expected to take place on 2 November 2021 (\"Admission\"). Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 58,914,887 ordinary shares. There are no ordinary shares held in treasury.
