Messrs Kaplan and\nAbramovich have been appointed by Clal Finance Ltd ('Clal Finance'), Titanium's\nlargest shareholder, pursuant to the terms of an agreement between Clal Finance\nand the Company entered into shortly before the Company was admitted to AIM.\n\nAvigdor Kaplan, 67, has been the CEO of of Clal Insurance Enterprises Holdings\nGroup, one of the Israels' largest concerns, since May 1997. The Clal Insurance\ngroup leads the Israeli market in insurance, pensions and finance. From November\n1992 to February 1997, Mr. Kaplan was the CEO of Clalit Health Services, the\nlargest health maintenance organisation in Israel, which insures 60% of the\nIsraeli population. He also was an executive vice-president of Israel Aircraft\nIndustry Ltd where he served from 1978 to 1992.\n\nYehoshua (Shuky) Abramovich, 46, is CEO of Clal Finance, Israel's largest\npublicly traded financial institution outside the banking system. From March\n2003 to December 2006 he was CEO of Clal Finance Batucha Invesment Management\nLimited, the largest investment management company in Israel.
