[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\nOTTAWA, July 16 /CNW Telbec/ - Tundra Semiconductor Corporation\n(TSX:TUN), a leader in System Interconnect, today announced that Mike Unger, a\nlong-standing member of the Tundra Board of Directors recently passed away\nafter a short illness.\n\n\nMike served on Tundra's Board of Directors since 2001, after a long and\nsuccessful career at Nortel Networks, his last role there being President of\nthe Optical Networks Division. As a Director of Tundra's business, and as\nChair of the Board's Human Resources, Corporate Governance and Nominating\nCommittee, Mike demonstrated grace, balance, wisdom and good judgment in all\nthat he did, and always had the best interests of Tundra's Shareholders and\nEmployees in mind. Mike's positive attitude and good nature will be sorely\nmissed.\n\n\nAdam Chowaniec, Chair of the Tundra Board of Directors said, "It is with\ndeep regret that we announce this loss. Mike was a successful business leader,\na source of wise counsel, and a respected colleague.
