Beck\n \n will become Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, succeeding\n \n John D. Sheehan\n \n , who is retiring. Beck will join Terex as Senior Vice President, Finance on\n \n November 1\n \n and become Chief Financial Officer effective\n \n January 1, 2022\n \n . She will serve on the corporation's Executive Leadership Team. To help ensure a smooth transition, Sheehan will remain as CFO until\n \n December 31, 2021\n \n and retire on\n \n April 1, 2022\n \n .\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \"I am delighted to welcome Julie to Terex as a key member of our leadership team,\" said\n \n John L.
