TARGA ANNOUNCES UPSIZE OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT TO $3,500,000
Targa Exploration Corp. (CSE: TEX) (FRA: V6Y) (OTCQB: TRGEF) ("Targa" or the "Company") today announced, further to its news release dated January 30, 2026, an increase to its non-brokered private placement (the "Offering"). The Offering has been increased from C$3,000,000 to gross proceeds of up to C$3,500,000 through the issuance of up to 14,000,000 units of the Company (each, a "Unit") at a price of C$0.25 per unit.
