Variation of Cease Trade Order

(formerly Fresh Start Private Holdings, Inc.)
Sections 164 and 171 of the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418
¶ 1 On May 10, 2010, the Executive Director ordered under section 164(1) of the Act, that all trading in the securities of Fresh Start Private Holdings, Inc. cease until it files the required records and the Executive Director revokes the cease trade order.¶ 2 On August 16, 2012 Fresh Start Private Holdings, Inc. changed its name from Fresh Start Private Holdings, Inc. to Tap Resources Inc.¶ 3 Tap Resources Inc. has not filed the required records and the Executive Director has not made an order under section 164 of the Act revoking the cease trade order.¶ 4 Under section 171 of the Act, the Executive Director varies the order to reflect the change of name from Fresh Start Private Holdings, Inc. to Tap Resources Inc.¶ 5 September 14, 2012
