(the\n“Technical Report”) has been filed on\n \n \n SEDAR+\n(www.sedarplus.ca)\n \n \n and can be obtained on the\nCompany’s website at\n \n \n \n gridbatterymetals.com/nickel-project\n \n \n \n .\n \n \n As a recap, the third phase of our BC\nNickel exploration program was completed in 2023 and included a\ndetailed sampling, trenching and initial drilling program.\n \n \n \n \n The proposed exploration budget of approximately\nCAD$200,000 follows a recommendation contained within the Technical\nReport.  Within this exploration plan, funds have been allocated\n \n \n for exploration work that includes field work on\nall three claim blocks targeting historic results, vectoring towards\nelevated DTR Ni, and sampling and mapping of untested magnetic\nanomalies.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Click Image To View Full Size\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Grid’s wholly-owned\nsubsidiary, AC/DC Battery Metals Inc.
