(CSE:TTX) – (FSE:DW8) – (OTC:TTLXF) (“Tantalex” or the “Corporation”), is pleased to announce the final tranche closing of its non-brokered private placement by way of issuance of 3,537,182 common shares (the “Common Shares”) at a price of $0.11 per Common Share for gross proceeds of $389,090.02 (the “Private Placement”). The Corporation has closed a first tranche on July 12, 2023 and a second tranche on July 21, 2023. The proceeds of the Private Placement will be used for general working capital purposes. All securities issued pursuant to the Private Placement will be subject to a four-month-and-one day statutory hold period in accordance with applicable securities law.
