(CSE:TTX) – (FSE:DW8) – (OTC:TTLXF) (“Tantalex” or the “Corporation”), is pleased to announce the closing of its continued non-brokered private placement by way of issuance of 1,818,182 common shares (the “Common Shares”) at a price of $0.11 per Common Share for gross proceeds of $200,000.02 (the “Private Placement”). The Private Placement is the continuation of its offering that it closed on August 25, 2023 due to investors’ interest. No insider will be participating in this Private Placement and no compensation was paid to any broker-dealer. The proceeds of the Private Placement will be used for general working capital purposes. All securities issued pursuant to the Private Placement will be subject to a four-month-and-one day statutory hold period in accordance with applicable securities law.
