[{"type":"text","content":"\n Tanfield Group PLC\n15 November 2006\n\n\n Tanfield Group plc\n\n ('Tanfield' or 'the Company')\n\n Result of EGM\n\n\nThe Company is pleased to announce that at the Extraordinary General Meeting\nheld today all of the resolutions were passed.\n\n\nAs a result, the placing of 50,000,000 new ordinary shares, as announced on 23\nOctober 2006, has been declared unconditional. The placing has raised £20m\n(before expenses) for the Company at a placing price of 40p per new ordinary\nshare with admission expected on 16 November 2006.
