[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 6028Z Tandem Group PLC 22 July 2008 \n \nTandem Group plc\n(the 'Company')\n\nResult of EGM and proposed cancellation of share premium account\n\n\nThe Company announces that a special resolution to cancel its share premium account was unanimously approved at a General Meeting held on Monday 21 July 2008.\n\nIn accordance with the Circular sent to shareholders on 27 June 2008, the Company will commence the proceedings to obtain the confirmation of the Court as soon as possible.
