[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n Tandem Group plc\n \n \n (the \"Company\")\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Grant of Share Options\n \n \n \n \n \n \n The Company announces that Peter Kimberley, Phil Ratcliffe and David Rock, Officers of the Company, have been granted 45,000, 2,500 and 10,000 options (\"Options\") respectively over ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the share capital of the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") under the 2019 Employee Share Option Scheme.\n \n \n \n \n \n The Options have an exercise price of 240.00 pence per ordinary share, being the closing midmarket price per ordinary share on 27 March 2023. The Options are exercisable between 1 January 2026 and 27 March 2033, after which the Options will lapse.
