The full text of each resolution was set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting circulated to shareholders.\n \nOvoca also announces that each of the resolutions proposed at today's Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company to put in place the necessary authorities to allow the Company purchase up to 10 per cent. of its issued share capital by way of on-market share buy backs were duly passed. Resolutions 1 and 2 were passed on a poll vote by the Independent Shareholders present (in person or by proxy) at the meeting.
