Dublin, Ireland, November 18, 2024 - Ovoca Bio, a biopharmaceutical company with a focus on women's health, announces that it has posted the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to shareholders.

The AGM is convened to be held at Buswells Hotel, 23-27 Molesworth Street, Dublin 2, Ireland on Wednesday 18^th December 2024 at 3.00 p.m. The Notice of AGM contains details of all resolutions to be proposed at the AGM.
