Limited as nominated advisors to the Company for\nAIM on the London Stock Exchange. It has also appointed Ambrian Partners Limited\nas Broker to the Company.\n\nAdditionally the Company has engaged Mr. Rowan Maule as Chief Operations\nOfficer. Mr. Maule is a graduate of Cardiff University, having obtained an\nhonours degree in Mine Engineering in 1983. He has worked extensively in mining\noperations in Africa, Europe, the Far East and Russia during the past twenty\nyears in various positions from Operations Manager to Project Director.\n\nDr. Barrie Oakes, CEO, commented on the appointments, \"We are very pleased to\nhave Nabarro Wells and Ambrian act for us. Their presence in the London markets\nwill be invaluable to us in moving forward. I am also pleased to welcome Rowan\nMaule into the Company.
