("Taiga" or the\n"Company") advises that at Taiga's request, Cinnamon Jang Willoughby and\nCompany, Chartered Accountants (the "Former Auditors") have resigned as\nauditors of the Company, effective December 23, 2008.\n\n\nTaiga's Audit Committee has appointed Dale Matheson Carr-Hilton Labonte,\nLLP, "DMCL" Chartered Accountants ("Successor Auditors") of Suite 1500, 1140\nWest Pender Street, Vancouver, British Columbia V6E 4G1 as Auditors for the\nCompany effective January 13, 2009.\n\n\nThere were no reservations in the Former Auditors' reports for the two\nmost recently completed fiscal years or for any period subsequent to the most\nrecently completed period for which an audit report was issued and preceding\nthe date of the Former Auditors' resignation.\n\n\nThere are no reportable events between the Taiga and its Former Auditors.\n\n\nThe resignation of the Former auditors has been approved by the Company's\nAudit Committee.\n\n\nThe Notice of Change of Auditor, together with the letter from the Former\nAuditors and the letter from the Successor Auditors have been reviewed and\napproved by the Company's Audit Committee and are available for public review\non SEDAR.\n\n\nForward-Looking Statements:\n\n\nThis press release contains certain forward-looking information and\nstatements relating, but not limited, to future events or performance and\nstrategies and expectations of Taiga.
