Taiga announces common share dividend payment

BURNABY, BC, Jan. 11, 2013 /CNW/ - Taiga Building Products Ltd. (TSX: TBL & TBL.NT) ("Taiga" or, the "Company") is pleased to announce the resumption of dividends on Taiga's common shares pursuant to its dividend policy.

In light of improved markets for the company's products, the Company's board of directors has declared a dividend of $0.0287 per common share. This amount represents the total annual dividend payable of 25% of net earnings in respect of the fiscal year ended March 31, 2012. The dividend will be payable on January 29, 2013 to shareholders of record as of January 22, 2013.
