(\"\n \n TPEL\n \n \"), along with the appointment of Mr.\n \n Samir Abady\n \n who joins as VP & Operations Manager and Mr.\n \n Kevin Baxter\n \n as VP & Technical Manager of TPEL.\n \n \n \n \n Mr.\n \n Gamal Rezk\n \n , VP & General Manager\n \n \n \n \n Mr. Rezk is the current country manager and has been instrumental in setting up TPEL's\n \n Egypt\n \n branch over the last three years. Mr. Rezk has over 24 years of oil and gas industry experience working with international energy companies with head offices based overseas and is instrumental in aligning corporate office personnel with\n \n Egypt\n \n based operations. Mr. Rezk served as VP of Finance, and then CFO, of Scimitar Production Egypt from\n \n June 2006\n \n until he joined TAG Oil in 2020. Prior to that he served as Finance Administration Director at VA Tech Siemens from 1999 to 2006 and provided management services for a variety of international companies, including Halliburton and Schneider Electric. Mr. Rezk is a Commerce graduate from the University of\n \n Cairo\n \n and completed the mini-MBA program in\n \n Egypt\n \n sponsored by the\n \n University of North Carolina\n \n in 2005, and the Certified Management Accounting-CMA Advanced Accounting Systems in\n \n Toronto, Canada\n \n .\n \n \n \n \n Mr.\n \n Samir Abady\n \...
