[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 5007I\n System1 Group PLC\n 13 August 2021\n \n \n \n 13 August 2021\n \n SYSTEM1 GROUP PLC (AIM: SYS1)\n (\"System1\", or \"the Company\", or \"the Group\")\n \n \n Trading Update for the Annual General Meeting\n \n System1 Group, the Advertising Effectiveness Agency, is today providing a Trading Update to coincide with the Company's AGM.\n Total revenue in the quarter ended 30 June was £6.5m, broadly in line with the previous quarter and 38% higher than the equivalent Covid-affected period last year. Data products represented 28% of revenue in Q1, compared with 15% in Q4.\n Cash balances grew to £10.1 m in the quarter, and profitability was in line with the Company's expectations.\n \n OUTLOOK\n We expect double-digit year-on-year sales growth in H1 overall, despite a quiet start to the second quarter in the USA.
