[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 9729E BrainJuicer Group PLC 04 January 2010 \n \n\n\n\n\n\n\nPress release \n\n\n4 January 2010\n\n\n\n\n\nBrainJuicer Group PLC (AIM: BJU)\n(\"the Company\")\nShare Dealings\n\nBrainJuicer Group PLC (AIM: BJU), a leading international online market research agency, today announces that on 4 January 2010, it purchased 37,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') into treasury at a price of 131.5 pence per share in accordance with the authority granted to it by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on 13 May 2009. 17,000 of the purchased shares have been transferred out of treasury to award shares under the Company's Employee Share Incentive Plan. Following the above purchase and the transfers into and out of treasury, the Company continues to have 12,932,645 Ordinary Shares in issue of which 20,000 are now held in treasury.
