The Board's\ndecision to split the roles of Chairman and CEO is in line with best practice,\nand will further strengthen the Company's governance.\n\n\n\nKen was previously Chief Executive of Teather & Greenwood the investment bank,\nbecoming Deputy Chairman and Chairman of Corporate Finance in 2004, and brings\n36 years City experience to the Company, including a strong understanding of\nshareholder value, strategic planning and corporate transactions. Ken was\nChairman of the UK Society of Investment Analysts between 1985 - 1987, Chairman\nof the Quoted Company's Alliance (QCA) in 2003-2004 and is a former member of\nthe EU Advisory Committee to the Corporation of London. Ken's previous\ndirectorships include Aberdeen Asset Management, Morgan Grenfell and Wedd\nDurlacher.\n\n\n\nJohn Kearon, CEO of BrainJuicer, commented: 'We are delighted that Ken has\nagreed to join the Company, and the Board welcomes his insight and guidance.
