Details of the resolutions passed are set out in the notices of the meetings contained in the scheme document posted to System C Shareholders on 21 March 2011 (the \"Scheme Document\").\n \nVoting results of Court Meeting\n \nThe vote was conducted by way of a poll and the results were as follows:-\n \n\n\n\n\n \n\n\nFOR\n\n\nAGAINST\n\n\n\n\nNumber of eligible Shareholders casting votes\n\n\n152 (95.60%)\n\n\n7 (4.40%)\n\n\n\n\nNumber of votes cast by the eligible Shareholders\n\n\n79,390,122 (76.81%)\n\n\n23,965,546 (23.19%)\n\n\n\n\n \n \nVoting results of General Meeting\n \nThe Special Resolution to approve certain steps to give effect to the Scheme was duly passed on a poll.
