[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 7529W System C Healthcare plc 03 August 2009 \n \nSystem C Healthcare plc\n(\"System C\" or \"the Company\")\n\nResult of General Meeting\n\nThe Board is pleased to announce that all resolutions in relation to the Placing to raise £12.0 million were duly passed at the Company's General Meeting held earlier today.\n\nThe net proceeds of the Placing, totalling approximately £11.0 million, will enable the Company to maintain its balance sheet strength and provide funding for future growth opportunities.\n\nAdmission of 25,000,000 new ordinary shares will take place on 5 August 2009.
