[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 6993U SysGroup PLC 16 July 2018 \n\nSysGroup plc\n(\"SysGroup\" or the \"Group\")\nGrant under Long Term Incentive Plan \n \n \nSysGroup plc (AIM: SYS), the Managed IT Services and Cloud Hosting provider, announces the grant of 450,000 performance shares with an exercise price of £0.01 (the \"Award\") under the recently announced Long Term Incentive Plan (\"LTIP\") to Martin Audcent, Chief Financial Officer, who today joined the Board of the Group.\n \nThe LTIP was established in June 2018 to incentivise management to deliver long-term value creation for shareholders and ensure alignment with shareholder interests.
