The Option Exercise has been satisfied from Ordinary Shares held in treasury. The exercise price was 1p per Ordinary Share. As a result of the Option Exercise Nick Guite is interested in 75,000 Ordinary Shares.\n \nTotal voting rights\nFollowing the Option Exercise, the Company's total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 51,496,084 and the number of shares held in treasury is 2,561,394 representing 4.97% of the Company's issued share capital.
