[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 1626B SysGroup PLC 08 January 2018 \n\nSysGroup plc\n(\"SysGroup\" or the \"Group\")\nAppointment of Non-Executive Director to the Board\n \nSysGroup PLC (SYS.L), the managed IT services and cloud hosting provider, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mike Fletcher as Non-Executive Director to the board with immediate effect. \nMike has extensive public markets experience and is currently Non-Executive Chairman of AIM listed Inspired Energy PLC (INSE.L), which he helped to successfully bring to market in November 2011.\nMike is the Managing Partner of Praetura Capital LLP, a specialist venture and advisory business and sits on the board of several privately owned growth companies including Sorted Group, Peak AI, Starcount, Aberla Services, EC3 Brokers and Praetura Asset Finance. \nPreviously, Mike was a managing director for European investment bank GCA Altium where he gained 10 years' experience in M&A and corporate finance. He has advised a range of clients from public companies, private equity houses and entrepreneurs.
